This week reminded me that life doesn’t always deliver clear wins or losses. Some recent medical test results ruled out one concern but uncovered another. It wasn’t the outcome I expected, and I felt myself needing to pivot yet again. That’s the reality of adaptability—it’s not about pretending everything is fine, but about shifting your perspective so you don’t get stuck in disappointment. Each pivot is practice for flexing the mind, even when the path isn’t the one you wanted..
