This pillar focuses on how you regulate your mind and body, protect your energy, manage emotions, build mental endurance, and create systems that help you bounce back stronger.

Resilience is the capacity to recover, adapt, and endure — mentally, emotionally, and physically — in the face of challenge or change.
It isn’t about being unbreakable. It’s about being rebuildable.
